Along with the cost now being 2 AP and cooldown changing to 6 turns, the overall damage it outputs has been reduced. Other changes include a nerf to Reactive Armor which players used in all kinds of OP ways. Thankfully, this won’t impact later sequences in the game. The developer did note that for quests like Call to Arms and the Imprisoned Elf, current saves will still have the wrong entry.
